FAQ about molds.
1) How much do they cost?
The cost can be between $8,000 and $20,000 a pair. The complexity of the bottle, quality of drawings and supplied electronic
information is what makes the difference.

2) How long will it take to have samples?
In general molds take 6 to 8 weeks to be completed. Normally sample bottles can be produced within 2 weeks after QSP has
the molds.
3) Who makes the molds?
QSP uses 5 different mold shops to maintain a very good relationship
with them. You may pick your own.

4) How long will the molds last?
Since
QSP requires the use of only high quality aircraft aluminum we can safely say they should last as long as you need bottles.
There may be some maintinace needed from time to time.
5) What if I don't need millions of bottles?
We
do make and run single molds for lower production.
