2) $150 set-up charge <5,000 white or natural
3) 10,000 minimum any other color
4)
$200 set-up charge <10,000 other colors
5) All special orders +/- 10%
Skid charges
1) Good used or
reconditioned $5.50 each
2) Reconditioned GMA $7.50 each
3) New priced on request
4) All exchange skids must be complete -
no broken boards
